Rene Sagnelli is a Guitarrist from Los Angeles California, who is gaining a growing reputation as a touring artist, composer, producer, studio musician and music teacher. This gifted artist has been working diligently on creating a new sound in progressive and hard rock.
In 2009 Rene graduated from a school affiliated with Berklee College of Music named “Fermatta” in Mexico City. In 2014 he graduated from Musician’s Institute in California. He was then picked to tour internationally with the most recognized Tribute to Metallica ever known, Masters of Puppets. During his time with this act he performed in top tier venues like the Los Angeles Colliseum. Master of Puppets appeard in several billboards across the US and blogs like Los Angeles Times. Rene was recognized as the best guitar player in the tribute scene. Rene Sagnelli has appeared in Musicians Institute’s Success Stories. In Nov. 2018 Rene Sagnelli sang at The Honda Center before a sold out stadium, in a festival dedicated to world peace, in which Jazz Legend Herbie Hancock was the opening act. This performace was broadcasted in 9 mayor US Cities to a total of 60k people. In 2019 Rene Sagnelli recorded with “El escorpión dorado AKA El peluche en el estuche”, a top Youtuber with millions of subscribers. Rene Sagnelli has attended Master Clases with: Carmine Appice, Chad Smith, Glenn Hughes, Steve Vai, Guthrie Govan, Frank Gambale, Billy Sheehan, Marcus Miller, Tosin Abasi and Scot Henderson. Rene teaches Guitar, Piano, Bass and Singing full time.
